User Orientation

User Orientation


While sign up is not required to view stations, it is required to activate charging sessions through the app.

User Sign Up
First time users will be prompted to enter their email address and a password, and also must agree to Terms of Service.

Payment method is optional, but will be required to purchase top up packages or pay for sessions.
Basic App Navigation
The main screen shows the map, with search bar at top and navigation bar on the bottom.
This is the Find Charger page. 

Tapping on the hamburger button will show the menu screen:




Scan QR
The Scan QR code function allows drivers to utilize QR codes posted on a station to quickly navigate to that Port in the app. Not all stations will have QR codes posted.
Help
The Help section contains support information for the Future Energy EV Network, as well as FAQ's.

Map Screen
Displays pins with location of chargers.


Menu Screen

Location
Displays information about the location including descriptions, charger types, location hours, and kW amounts.
