How do I locate charging stations in the app?
Open the app and tap the Map tab.

Use filters to find stations by:

  • Availability (Online/Offline)

  • Connector type (e.g., CCS, CHAdeMO, J1772)

  • Charging speed (L2 or DC Fast)

How do I start a charging session using the app?
Tap on the station icon on the map.
Select the available port, review pricing, and tap Start Session.
Plug in your vehicle once prompted.


Can I reserve a charger through the app?
Yes. Tap Reserve on any available port to hold it for 15 minutes.

Your reservation will appear under My Reservations.


How do I pay for charging?
Go to Menu Screen.
Add a payment method, either select card option or account Balance option.

If using RFID card, payment is tied to billing info of user associated with RFID card.

Can I see my charging history and receipts?
Yes, in the Menu Screen, select Charging History.
