What is the CSMS? The Charge Station Management System (CSMS) provides essential tools for managing your EV stations, driver access, load management, and more.

When you login, the default page is the Dashboard. These tiles provide real time insights into your EV Charger’s critical metrics.

Faults and Connectivity Loss – This tile will display the # of chargers with an issue. These are urgent issues that should be addressed ASAP. Our Support team will reach out to your site Technical contact to assist in addressing these issues.

Active Charging Sessions – Shows number of Charging Sessions Active and total kWh being delivered.

 

Charging Sessions - # of charging sessions that have occurred in selected timeframe.
