This information is for customers who have purchased New EV Future Energy EV Chargers. If you purchased the Future Energy Network for existing stations, see our Migration Guide.
After your Chargers are shipped, a representative from Future Energy will reach out to confirm admin account and setup information. This will include: - Chargers Location address - Admin, Billing and Technical contact - Tax ID and payment information. After our team completes the initial creation of your CSMS Partner Dashboard, login information will be sent to the selected Admin contact. At this point, you will be able to log into your dashboard and view your list of stations. However, they will not be in an Active status until they are installed and connected to the Network.
After Installation and Energization of your Charging stations, your installer will need to submit the appropriate station Activation form. Full capability of the station and dashboard is not enabled until this Activation form is received and approved, as it contains critical electrical specifications. For Level 3 DCFC stations, your installer will need to schedule a commissioning appointment. For existing station owners, your stations must be migrated before they will show as active in the CSMS.
Once your station has been Activated and is connected to the FE Network, you can view your Charging Stations under the “Network” section on the left-hand side and click “Charge points.” CME Core clients are eligible to schedule a 30-minute dashboard training session after their chargers are activated. This session will cover the basics of station management and use of the FE app.
CME PRO clients will have an introductory call scheduled with the Client Success team after Activation is confirmed. During this introductory call, CS will ask questions related to your business needs, in order to provide recommendations and take care of dashboard customization on your behalf. For CME Pro clients with public stations, CS will also set up photos and descriptions for the FE Driver app, and perform market research to provide customized recommendations for pricing your public charging pricing. After CPO dashboard and stations are set up, CME PRO clients will also receive a virtual station operation training session, for employees to learn use of the app and RFID cards.
