Where is my charger dashboard?
If you purchased a cloud network with your EV chargers, you should have been provided information on logging in to your dashboard, also known as a Charge Station Management System. The manufacturers Activation and Commissioning process enables your chargers to be seen on this dashboard, so check with your installer to make sure your stations have been fully commissioned.

Why is my charger slow?
Was it installed to the full capability by your Installer? Do you have an energy management system, such as Interface, enabling limits?
What do the LED status lights mean on a ChargePoint charger?
Green: Ready for session. Pulsing Blue: Charging. Solid Blue: Fully charged. Solid White: Lost connectivity (Future Energy is alerted).
What does a flashing red light mean on a ChargePoint station?
It indicates an error. Check ChargePoint dashboard or station display. Contact Support if unresolved.
Why won't my chargers work?
Make sure there is power to the station. Make sure that your installer fully activated and commissioned the stations. Confirm charger settings allow for desired access.
